How to Copy / Duplicate a Form

Navigate to the 'Forms' section in the left-side panel.

Single click on the form you want to copy in the middle panel.

In the top right corner of the screen click on 'Actions'.

In the dropdown click 'Copy Form'

If you are having trouble copying the form, it could be because you have reached the maximum number of forms available to your account. Delete a form you no longer need or upgrade your account! (How to Upgrade your Account).
