How to Make your Form Redirect to a Different Page

Access your desired form  (How to Access Form). 

This will be done under the ‘Design’ tab in the middle panel.

Scroll down in the right-side panel to find the check box ‘Redirect user to an external resource’. Check the box and paste the URL address of the page you wish to redirect to in the text box.
