How to Create a Hidden Field

Hidden fields are most often used to track referrals and collect extra information about the respondent. 

Insert a field into your form  (How to Add a Field).

Click on the field and go to the Design menu.

Check the box that says ‘Do Not Display This Field’ 

The changes will save automatically.
