Change Form URL

The only part of the URL that can be changed is the path. 

This can be done in the 'Publishing' tab of the form.

Access the form  (How to Access the Form) and head over into the 'Publishing' tab.

In the right panel you will see a text box labeled 'Form URL'. Any changes will preview in blue text below. 

Changes will save automatically.
