Where to Find the Form Embed Code

If you want a Blitzen form to appear on your own website you will need this piece of code.

Each form has a unique embed code associated with it which can be pasted into the source code on the page where you want the form to appear. 

To find it, access the desired form  (How to Access a Form) and go to the 'Publishing' tab. In the left-side panel you will see the 'Embed Code'.

Copy and paste to where you need it (page source code).
